On Monday, 17 November 2025, SD Islam Sabilillah Malang 2 held an English with Native speakers activity in class 1C. This programme is one of the school's regular activities, held three times per semester, as an effort to improve students' English skills through direct learning with guests from abroad. This activity is designed to make the learning process more lively, communicative, and enjoyable.
On this occasion, Class 1C welcomed two special guests, Miss Lisa, an English teacher, and Mr. Ave, a police officer from Germany. Their arrival was greeted enthusiastically by the students, who seemed excited to participate in the entire series of activities.
The activity began at 8:30 a.m. with a brief introduction session. Miss Lisa introduced herself as an English teacher, while Mr. Ave talked about his profession as a police officer in Germany and shared a little about the culture of his country. This initial interaction helped the students relax and feel more confident communicating in simple English.

The main material in this English with Native activity was the story "The Elves and The Shoemaker", which is a story about a shoemaker who was helped by elves to make shoes. Miss Lisa read the story in clear and easy-to-understand English, aided by expressions and movements that attracted the students' attention. Through this activity, students learned new vocabulary while understanding the message of the story.
